Two Men and a Truck picked up an arcade game from us to deliver it to our daughter. She was also very happy with their service.

Darlene was excellent with the coordinating process. She's very friendly. The movers were beyond excellent. They were professional but friendly and made the process so quick. They went right to work when they arrived and were very careful with my belongings. I have already and will continue in the future to recommend Two Men and a Truck. I have dealt with other movers in the past and there is absolutely no comparison. Please continue to hire the type of individuals you currently have. They're the cream of the crop !!

Would like to separate this information as before Chicago and after Chicago. The crew from Chicago (Elmhurst) was on time, prepared and professional. The operation and team from STL should take lesson. Would like to speak with someone about our experience.

Just to list a few if the things to talk about:

-ran out of shrink wrap
-ran out of boxes
-ran out of packing paper
-didn't box electronics and some breakables
-packed boxes with no protection
-left items in every room that were to be packed
-storage utilization (not breaking down items that took up too much room
-driver from STL left the Chicago team to do all the work as he unloaded to truck and folded his pads vs. helping

While it seems we are totally not happy with the team in STL, a few guys clearly cared more than others. While I do not remember all names, David and Cory stood out as better than the rest.

It is not just I who was surprised at the methods from STL as it was clear the team in Chicago was surprised by the boxes that were never sealed, items not packed (at all).

With this moved it was more like 2 boys and a truck vs. 2 men.

It was an excellent, professional and relatively stress free move. The movers worked exceptionally hard and with great speed to keep the move within a reasonable time frame. Having moved several times I can't imagine ever recommending anyone else or using anyone other than two men and a truck again. It was an excellent experience.

I appreciated the professionalism and excellent work by the two men who came to my house. They seemed eager to please, even when I wasn't certain what I wanted myself until the furniture had been rearranged (including an upright piano).

Although it seemed like a lot of money for one hour of work that did not involve use of the truck, the one-hour minimum and slightly lower travel cost made your company more affordable than other moving companies I contacted.

Thanks to you, we were able to get our home makeover completed before guests arrived for the holidays.

it always ends up more money than the estimate . . . not more stuff, but more disassembly/assembly time, i guess. great guys, tho. give them a raise.

The movers that moved us were absolutely great. We have a brand new house we built and they covered anything they would be walking on or any railings or door frames they would be going through. They also were courteous enough to leave the floor coverings so other deliveries could walk on them. They had one guy in training and he did a wondeful job. My family was in from out of town and we were all blown away by the service. I would hands down use again and recommend 2 men and a truck because the three young gentlemen we had displayed what a professional, caring, and terrific moving company should be.

They were both very courteous and friendly. Very quick as they could be.

I was very happy with my move using Two Men and a Truck. Not only with scheduling the move but also with the two men who did the moving, Darrel and Joshua. They arrived on time, asked me what I wanted and what was being moved. They got started and did not rush but did not go slow and they didn't stop until the entire move was completed. Also, once arriving at my now home, they asked where I wanted my items and they also set the top portion of my TV cabinet on top of the base for me.

They move went very smoothly and there were no problems at all.

The guys need to pack the truck better. They decided not to use the space infront of the truck (attic?) which caused a packing problem later. Thier incompantance costed me time = $

I had a piano moved down stairs. Jeff and Walker were great so was the staff. My only problem was as the piano was going down the stairs I was not sure Walker was going to be able to get down the stairs with it. Jeff knew exactly what he was doing. All came out well in the end.

Your employees RUINED a lot of my furniture. Spilled ink all over my carpet at my old house. The dropped CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Rays out of their storage cabinets and then broke the cases and scratched the playing surfaces of many of the discs beyond playability.

Paige in Customer Service was very helpful from beginning to end. She answered all my questions each time I called and her e-mail follow-up was excellent.

Movers Cliff & Eddie were very careful with all items and wrapped the larger ones very securely and neatly. Both were very pleasant and had a wonderful customer service attitude. Would like to use them again.

The workers (Jeff, Ryan, Richard and Tylor) were excellent. The movers arrived early and assessed the move and they worked diligently. They were professional and knew exactly what to do. I was so pleased with everything. The company was recommended to me by my daughter and a long time friend. They had been very satisfied with your services. the two young men were very efficent in loading and unloanding the truck. As well a courteous, introducing themselves when entering the home and courteous.

All the guys were great. My washer came out of the fiasco with scrapes all around the door that opens. I was not happy about that. Besides that item they handled each box carefully and had an excellent attitude.

I worked with Dina and she was absolutely amazing. I don't think I could of made it through without her. She was always there for me and worked with us, even when I called crying. The lenders shifted our closing dates a couple of times then when the truck came to pickup out stuff we found out that we couldn't close that day. Two Men and a Truck stored our items for two nights and worked with us. Then on the last day, we weren't sure where we were going to deliver our stuff, but it ended up working out. Our movers were awesome and we great to work with. When Dina wasn't available, Darlene was there is answer my questions or help out. Huge shout out to the staff at Two Men and a Truck, we went through a very stressful situation and they made it easier on us. Thank you!

Steve and Kimberly in the office are great. However, the care of my furniture and the amount of time it took were not what I expected. I have used this service before and I had no problems. I have a chair from the kitchen that had a bent/broken caster, the mover damaged my bookcase but it was fixable (the mover acted like he was fixing it but then just set the screw and part on the shelf and put the door up like he fixed it) I am very disappointed. However, Steve was very responsive when I had a washing machine issue and sent someone to fix it right away and helped to alleviate some of the issues with the amount of time used on this move.

The 2 gentlemen that moved me were very mannerable, polite, understood my needs, and were gentle with my things. I highly recommend these 2 men for other moves.

I had two moves in several week with your company. Both times the movers and the service was excellent. These guys work hard! The second, bigger move resulted in a piece of furniture being broken, but they took it right away, and it is getting fixed. I would use them again. Thanks so much.

Movers left a lot of my furniture behind, and moved a lot of my brother's things to my new place. Now, I have to pay to move necessities (like vacuum cleaners, lamps, etc)via UPS to my new place in Houston. The items they left behind would have easily fit in the truck had they not moved things they were not supposed to. My brother walked them through, I spoke to them numerous times, and my boxes even had my name on them. I will never use TMAT again and I will recommend friends NOT use them and I will tell them why.

The move took much longer than expected, but that was not because of the movers.

The movers were great, but did not bring a big enough truck we had to leave behind several large items we could not fit in our cars. We had to make 8 trips back to pick up things that they didn't have enough room for and left what we could not fit in our cars. We were upset with this. Not the mens fault they did their best to pack the truck.

We were given a 4 hour window of arrival.
They arrived at final minutes of window.
A phone call once or twice during that time with updated est time would have enabled some of us to make a trip, and back, to final destination instead of just wait. Otherwise, very pleased.

I have had two different crews help me now. Each time they have been friendly, fast, and efficient. Moving is so traumatic, but they have made that part of it go so smooth. Thank you so much!!

My sister in law had hired two men and a truck, so when it came time for me to move I hired them. This group of men where great, friendly, wonderful attitudes, very careful of my things, my old home and my new home. I would refer this company to every one. Most importantly I would use them again.

The two workers we had on Tuesday, November 13th, Dan and Nick, were GREAT!!!!! We have used your services several times in the past, and will use you again when we need movers.

The two men who moved the furniture were excellent and communicated well. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

Tom Gal and the worker who was with him (unfortunately I don't remember his name,my apologies) were absolutely wonderful! They were timely and very quick with moving all the furniture to its respective locations. Communication between locations was great, very thorough, and none of my furniture was damaged. They helped set up my bed and moved my bedroom furniture to its respective places. I'm was so pleased wit these two movers. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to others.

The movers did a great job and I would recommend the company to friends, way to go!

My only real dissatisfaction comes from the difference in my estimate and the actual time it took to move. It took 5.5 hours instead of the 4 I expected. I understand that it was just an estimate, but one of the primary reasons I was told it took so long was "distance to the truck." The truck was parked on the street about 20 feet to the side of the door. That shouldn't add an hour and a half. I'd use the service again, and refer friends to you, but I'd tell them to add a serious amount l time to the estimate they hear.

My only issue was partly my fault. I did the walkthrough but I failed to notice that the door to one of the bed rooms was leaning on the wall and not on the hinges. This is a solid wood door that now will take three people to get back on the hinges.

They were extremely professional and friendly and took very well care of my furniture items. I would definitely recommend your moving services to friends.

I was extremely happy with how smooth it all went. During this very stressful situation the movers made it a pleasant experience.

Thanks so much to Chris and Nick for making our move as easy as possible. They were wonderful!! I would recommend them highly. I am using them again on Saturday. They were careful with our belongings, assembled and reassembled our bed, moved the couch twice because I wanted it in a different place and they did it all with smiles and laughter. It was a good day because moving is stressful and they took all of the stress out of it. I would never use anyone but two men and a truck!
