I have been with Two Men and a Truck since April 2010. I first started as a mover and was promoted to a driver. After working as a driver for several months, I had the opportunity to assist the logistics manager with dispatching and customer service. Later, I was promoted to the in-home consultant role. I now serve the company as an in-home consultant and customer service representative. Working at Two Men and a Truck has allowed me to explore many different aspects of this wonderful company. My favorite things about Two Men and a Truck are the endless opportunities for growth and the way we strive for complete customer satisfaction.

In spring of 2012, I will graduate from St. Louis Community College with my associate's degree in general education. When I'm not working or in school, I'm in the woods or on a boat. I'm a die-hard hunter with a passion for whitetail hunting. I also love to fish and spend time with friends and family.

I started working for Two Men and a Truck in March 2011 as a customer service representative. My favorite part of working here is the team atmosphere at our office and the fact that I learn more ways we can help our customers every day. I bring 12 years of prior customer service experience to this position. I feel that customer service comes naturally to me; it's important to me that customers receive the best care possible and that they are informed throughout the moving process.

When I have free time, I like to spend it with my little brother. He has been a great inspiration in my life and our relationship has helped me grow up and become more independent. Without him, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

Darlene M. - Illinois Office

I've worked in the customer service field for nearly 35 years and I joined the Collinsville, Ill. office when it opened seven years ago. I really enjoy working here. I strive to be a helpful resource to our customers throughout their move and to exceed our customers’ expectations on a daily basis.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. I have been married for 30 years to my wonderful husband. We have two great boys – one who is serving in the Air Force and another who is a web designer. We have two grandchildren, three-year-old Mika, who is a joy to be with, and one-year-old Carly who reminds me of “Little Cindy Lou Who” from Dr. Seuss, with her big blue eyes and curly hair.

I joined Two Men and a Truck in April 2011 as a customer service representative. My eight years of experience in the customer service field helped me develop the necessary skills to provide the best service for customers. Prior to working at Two Men and a Truck, I worked in the admissions department at a local college.

I absolutely love my job! Working with people is my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else. I truly believe Two Men and a Truck is the best moving company in the area and I'm committed to fulfilling our customers' needs. I have 5 years of experience with Two Men and a Truck. In addition to that, I have 13 years of experience in public accounting. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and am a transplant to St Louis, MO. I love it here with the seasons and the friendliness of the mid-west; even though I had to learn the "hard way" how to deal with snow. I am also Mom to a 15-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter who challenge me everyday.

I'm going on my 10th year working for this fantastic company. Prior to working here at TMT, I've worked in sales/operations for the previous 5 years.

I started off as a driver and have had the luxury of being promoted through the ranks. As part of this great team, the hard work and dedication from everyone has made this operation first class. I've been with Two Men and a Truck for 14 years and I am the general manager of our Collinsville, Ill. store. Before working at Two Men and a Truck, I graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Manchester and I proudly served my country while in the Marine Corps. I also attended St. Louis Community College at Meremec. My current responsibilities include overseeing operations, customer service, quality control and training. I enjoy assisting customers with difficult situations and relieving the stresses of their move. It's rewarding to be part of a successful company that spends significant time and resources giving back to our community.

Outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, playing golf and spending time with my family. I've been married 11 years and have a nine-year-old daughter and a seven-year-old son.

I have 5 years of experience with customer service in multiple industries. I joined the Two Men And A Truck team in September of 2010. Working in the sales department I strive everyday to exceed customers expectations with a smile! I have the unique opportunity to work in the sales department as my brother Russell works as a mover working with our customers everyday.

I've been with Two Men and a Truck for three years. I started working here as a mover in the summers while studying to be a secondary education social studies teacher. I attained my degree in education, and discovered the field wasn't for me. I then became a driver for the company and after a few years of hard work and dedication in that position, I was offered the great opportunity of joining the management team of the St. Louis franchise. I have welcomed the excitement of many new challenges and opportunities to advance both professionally and personally.

In my free time I enjoy dining out, going to the movies and the sharing the company of friends. My favorite thing about working for Two Men and a Truck is the team effort we make as a staff to be the best moving company we can possibly be. This is a characteristic that starts from the ground up: the movers on the trucks, the sales team, the management team and owners are all dedicated to the same goal. I feel like I have an opportunity to make an impact on a daily basis. That is a truly rewarding feeling.

I first worked for Two Men and a Truck St. Louis during my summers as a student at William Jewell College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law. Later I attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for a degree in Middle School and Secondary Education and went on to become an award-winning teacher and coach at Farmington R-7.

I came back to Two Men and a Truck St. Louis in April 2011. Since returning to Two Men and a Truck, I've held many positions including mover, driver, customer service representative, and my current position, sales floor manager. I've enjoyed being part of many positive changes, including taking on more business and refocusing our sales team. We strive to maintain a positive atmosphere in the office and provide top-of-the-line customer service.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, Barbi, her son Cameron and our son Declan Alexander, born this September.

I enjoy working in customer service because I like to interact with customers and help them with their needs.
