The only problem I have is that my last move was almost the same type of move this time. I paid around $750 last time. This time I had to write a check for $1250. I didnt expect it and went way over budget.

If I knew it was going to be this much, I would had done things differently.

The guys were great and did everything expected.

Appreciated the gentlemen that helped me move. They had to climb three flights of stairs but did it without any complaint. I was very impressed by the service and speedy move in. They put my table and bed together without asking. I'd recommend Two Men to anyone. Thanks again!

I didn't realize my cooking utensils and silverware were in the packing paper boxes. I thought it was just packing paper. So it took awhile for me to find my dining utensils. It kind of freaked me out. I wanted to wait until I found those before I filled out the survey. Then life just got really busy.

I contacted two movers, you and A, B & C in Belleville. Their emphasis was on the cost. All they talked about was that I would be charged the minute they left their facility. When I called Two Men, the emphasis was on the service they could provide. Crystal was WAY friendlier also. The two gentlemen who came out, Lenny and (the name of the other guy escapes me at the moment) were excellent in every way. Efficient, curtious, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd use Two Men again and especially Lenny and the other guy (his name is on my receipt that I have at home so I will know who to ask for next time).

This was another excellent move. We have used you before and will again. We will recommend you to anyone asking for moving services.

Lenny and Jon were absolutely wonderful. This was a confidential move and they were very professional and kept my destination quiet. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, knowing that my new address was not disclosed.

The movers worked quickly and efficiently. They arrived and assessed what was to be moved, and then got to work loading my belongings.

The two men who did orjob did an excellent job because besides moving somethings they also packed and loaded a u-haul for me for some items I had to take up to Chicago.

This is the first time we have used Two Men and a Truck out of Collinsville. The movers did a good job but were a lot slower than any other time we have moved with this company.

The two young men and a female riding with them to be trained were polite, introduced themselves - explain the presence of the female. They jumped right in and dug the furniture needed out of two separate storage bins and replaced the removed items back in the storage bin. They were timely, effecient and I would definitely recommend them due to this excellent service.

My Missouri team...Luke,Jeff and Scott were great guys and did a GREAT job! Thanks Luke for driving carefully to Dallas, and thanks to the Dallas man that helped unload.

I do want to mention that I was surprised to see my iron unwrapped and in the SAME box as my computer screen, that was just wrapped with packing paper. I would have liked to seen bubble wrap on both, if they were to be in the SAME box. Also, I easily located all of my AT&T; Uverse equipment I brought to Dallas, EXCEPT for the modem .....which was on top of a dish pack box. Luckily I found it before the installer arrived. Overall..........VERY pleased.

The rate on the paperwork was different than what was initially quoted over the phone. Service representatives need to make sure they quote the correct rate per hour. If they make a mistake, they should immediately call the client back to inform--not wait for the client to notice a different rate on the paperwork. Other than that, the movers were very efficient. They did an excellent job!

This was a two phase move. If I could rate each phase separately, the first crew would have received avarage ratings as explained below. However, the crew that handled the second phase - Maurice, Bill and Cedrick - were so superior that I could not rate them as any less than execellent. Maurice, Bill and Cedrick were professional, personable, and they took great care in the moving of my furniture and boxes. I wish I would have had them for the first leg of my move as well.

As I stated, this was a two phase move. The move entailed the loading and unloading of pods on separate dates. In the first phase, I hired Two Men and a Truck to move the furniture from my house to a single pod; I loaded the other pod myself and it was nearly all boxes. The following only pertains to the single pod of furniture that was loaded by the first Two Men and A Truck team - I apologize that I do not recall their names. The first team was nice, however, they did not wrap everything and as a result certain pieces of my furniture suffered some damage. Because the first team did not tie things back, the furniture shifted toward the door making it impossible to open the pod after it was delivered for the second team to unload. Fortunately, Bill was able to manuver himself under the narrow opening and into the pod to shift the furniture back so that the door could be fully opened without damaging the pod or causing further damage to my furniture.

I will recommend Two Men and A Truck to others and I will also recommend that they request Maurice, Bill and Cedrick specifically. I have moved several times over the years and they are by far the best moving crew I've ever had.

Thought that the price was outrageous especially when there were things they wouldn't move and I was told boxes would be put in specific rooms if marked and all was piled in dining room.. Displeased for almost 600.00

they were fast and clean and helpful. I was extremely pleased that when paying by the hour they did not waste a single second!

Both guys were really great. They were especially patient with my elderly mom who has the potential to drive most people nuts! I appreciated how flexible they were with her and how they helped take care of her things.

I have never been so pleased with a company as with Two Men & A Truck. When my curio cabinet mirror broke during the move, I received follow-up calls, and the curio was repaired within the week! The movers, as well as the two men who picked up and dropped off my curio cabinet were pleasant, professional, and introduced themselves by name at my door. And to know that my special cabinet was repaired, and so quickly too--meant the WORLD to me. I will most definitely recommend TM&AT; to others. I beleive there should be more than 2 movers for a multi level dwelling. Though I appreciated the convenience of the movers, $615 was a lot to spend to move, especially when everything was broken down and neatly ready for the movers. If I move in the future I will probably rent a U-Haul and pay a few people $100 to move me that would save me $400. The guys who moved me were great. Although one of them broke the handle on my bookbag and failed to inform me. I found out when I started to put my things away that it was broken.
